After you arrive at the airport, you'll be received by one of our delegates, who'll provide you with the company, guide you to your respective location of accommodation for check-in, and provide food service depending upon the hour of your arrival. Following this, you'll visit our guide in the dusk hour to get brief details about the trip the following day.
This morning, after the completion of breakfast at the hotel, We'll embark on our trip to Syabrubesi, which is a trip of around 7-8 hours. Our ride will take us through the typical crop fields that are terraced along the sides of hills and mountains. Following the path on the ride, we'll get across the Trishuli River, a residence a bit with hustle and bustle going via which we'll also be getting through places like Naubise, Galchi, Dhunche, and finally Syabrubesi, the last point for our trip of the day where we'll unwind, have dinner, and stay overnight.
Today, we'll begin the very first day of our Tamang heritage trek. We'll be on a hike for almost 3 hours on a rocky and rugged path, which might be a bit strenuous, but on the bright side, you'll get to witness the breath-taking, amazingly wonderful views of peaks like Ganesh Himal, Gosaikunda Range, and Goljung Valley. It takes around an hour to get to the Goljung Valley by descending. After completing the descent, we'll stop for lunch in there. It takes about another 3 hours to hike to Gatlang, which is our endpoint for the program of the day. Gatlang is a beautiful area with the majority of Tamang ethnicity where houses are made of stone slabs in a typical pattern and can get to observe the beauty of local cultures. One of the major attractions here is the Parvati Kund, a historic monastery that represents the ancient forms of architecture and artistic workstyles of contemporary society and civilization.
After climbing past the terraced farms and over the suspension bridge, you'll arrive at Gonggang Village. From there, you'll hike via a hot spring and then past several chortens, Mani walls, and dense woodlands until you reach Chilime, where the damn of hydropower offers a lovely serene scene of the lake, and if you wish, you can take a bath in the natural hot water spring, which has the potential to heal ailments of the body.
The trip to the Tamang Heritage Trail continues as the route goes through the woods after we complete our breakfast. As the route continues, we gradually ascend uphill, and the elevation rises gradually while we come across several ups and downs. After walking for almost a couple of hours, we'll be at Nagthali Danda. Lunch is served, while the beautiful vistas of the nearby snowcapped mountains make the surroundings beautiful with their majestic presence. You can visit a few small monasteries. The next stop is at Thuman, a Tamang hamlet where the friendly natives make the surrounding vibes vibrant and attractive through their activities of singing and dancing in Tibetian style. At the end of the day, you'll be served dinner at the local teahouse and overnight stay provisions.
The destination for today is Briddhim, which is across the valley on the other side of the famous rafting river Bhotekoshi. After a moderate section, the route descends to Timure along with the old trade route to Tibet, a place where we'll grab lunch. After lunch, the Tamang Heritage Trail Trek route goes steeply to a ridge with more views of mountains and nearby surroundings prior to heading inside the rhododendron, pines, and oak woodland. The route eventually leads to Briddhim, i.e., the destination of our day, which is another village full of Tamang settlements and Tibetan influences where the overnight stay is facilitated in a local home that'll provide you with a genuinely authentic experience.
Moving from Briddhim after breakfast, we'll be heading to Syabrubensi alongside the trail of the river Bhotekoshi and passing through dense forest, terraced fields, and several small hamlets. We'll stop for lunch somewhere, and after moving forward, we'll be descending gradually to Syabrubensi. On the way downhill, you'll get to witness some of the unique flora and fauna. And at the end of the day, you'll be accommodated at a lodge with a good dinner.
we'll begin our trip to Kathmandu in a private vehicle, which will take approximately 5–6 hours. The road will take us through beautiful landscapes and lovely villages as we enter the city of Kathmandu. After we arrive in Kathmandu, we'll move to our hotel and unwind there. Take some time. In the evening hour, a farewell dinner program will be hosted for you, where you'll be served traditional Nepali dishes, get to enjoy cultural performances and share your experiences and thoughts about the trip with our guides and companions.
Today is your last day here in Nepal. In the early morning, you'll be served a healthy breakfast. after which our delegate will reach you and assist with your transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport.
