You're also advised to keep your electronic devices warm inside your accessory baggage, as the cold temperature is more likely to drain and damage the battery and drain the charges of your electronic accessories.
The Ghorepani poon-hill trek is probably one of the easiest treks in the Annapurna region of Nepal. Every day, the trekking distance from one settlement to another differs. However, you usually have to walk 4-6 hours a day. If you're simply fit physically and mentally, you can make it.
Actually, there are a few things you'll get from the trekking agency. In general, the trekking agency provides equipment like sleeping bags, down jackets, and trekking maps, but the rest of the gear needs to be managed by yourself.
There are innumerable trekking accessory shops in Kathmandu, primarily around the Thamel area and also in Kathmandu. So if you need to buy gear before your trek starts, you'll be assisted by one of our experienced delegates who'll help you buy gear at a reasonable price.

Further, you can have bread, set noodles, fry rice, Mo-Mo (dumpling food), and a variety of soups, including ramen, Korean soup, and Indian dishes. However, you can have almost all kinds of food, but don't expect professionally cooked food. It is simply made fresh and safe to eat.
Drinks are also available in the lodge and restaurant booths. The Ghorepani-Poonhill Trek is an easy and lower-altitude trekking expedition. The highest point you'll spend your night at is Ghorepani (2,028 m). During this trek, we don't get the service of a well-equipped hospital, but primary clinics are available at Ghorepani and Ghandruk villages.
Yes, almost every single teahouse now has Wi-Fi services along with hot showers, for which you'll be charged a small amount of about $2.
